Connect and Keep Active: Yoga
Continuing to develop our children's wellbeing, each child in our school engages in a block of yoga and mindfulness sessions each term. These are run in collaboration with Mrs Ellis of Kymm Bucks. She educates the children about the importance of caring for their body and mind in a way which is fun, positive and engaging for them.
The activities are all planned considering the 'The 5 Ways to Wellbeing'.
